Return Policy
- We stand by Status 31 Boutique and fully commit to providing
you not only high quality hair products, but a high quality shopping and
customer service experience. - Due to hygiene issues and the custom nature of our products,
we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles, closures, and frontals. Exchanged items must be in their original
condition and packaging in order to be accepted. - To process an exchange you must contact us at
mercy@status31boutique.com within (5) days of receipt of your order (determined
by your shipment tracking). You will be
responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee.
- All wigs are final sale. However, on a case by case basis, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues you might be experiencing with your unit. Please contact us at mercy@status31boutique.com
SHIPPING
- All orders are packaged and shipped from the South Africa.
- Shipping time varies for each product but typically items are to be expected 5-10 business days depending on your location and product availability.
- International: Status 31 Boutique is not responsible for any custom or duty fees outside of the United States.
